CANCELLATIONS

Kindly ask for 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours notice and no shows are subject to a cancellation fee of $75.

Appointments will need to be rescheduled for anyone arriving 15 minutes or later for scheduled appointments to respect the time of all patients. Late arrivals maybe subject to our late cancellation fee policy.
